ShareGUELPH (Nov 26, 2008) -- A former Guelph General Hospital security guard's explanation he was trying to see whether a young woman had miscarried when he touched her in a hospital bathroom "could be true," a judge ruled yesterday in acquitting the man of sexual assault.
