WATERLOO (Dec 4, 2008) -- A man made off with prescription drugs yesterday after passing a pharmacy technician a note indicating he had a weapon. The robbery happened on Albert Street near Bearinger Road at about 3 p.m. Waterloo Regional Police said the note demanded pills, which the technician handed over. No weapon was seen. Police ask anyone with information to call detectives at 519-650-8500, ext. 3330.
