CAMBRIDGE (Oct 25, 2008) -- Police are looking for two female pickpockets who distracted store customers and made off with their wallets. Four incidents in the Hespeler Road and Holiday Inn Drive area on Thursday were reported to Waterloo Regional Police. In each case, a woman would start talking to a victim or ask for help reaching an item. The other woman would steal the wallet. In one case, the thieves took merchandise. One thief is about 40 years old; the other is in her 20s, with long, dark hair and about five feet tall. Anyone with information can call police at 519-650-8500, ext. 2230.
